Founder, Bearing Success

Samantha founded Bearing Success with a belief that strong businesses need strong operations behind them. Her experience across operations, human resources, project management, and process improvement shapes a practical approach to helping organizations work more efficiently.

Samantha holds a B.S in Tourism and Recreation Management and graduate degrees in Human Resources & Employment Law and Project Management. Her SHRM-CP certification, Lean Six Sigma certification, and leadership experience across military and civilian environments brings a multidisciplinary perspective to business operations.
